Animal Friendly Communities
I have noticed large feral cat population since moving here. I have overheard stories of neighbors harming these cats. I would like to see Animal Control develop TNR (Trap Neuter Release) program to assist in taming the cat population. For those caring for feral cats, Animal Control should offer registries for feral cat colonies.
