Modern planning principals and trends in community sustainability, quality of life services, and sense of place, will require that The Town of Highland, IN clearly analyze its land use and development policies. The new principals and trends will be part of an updated comprehensive plan to ensure sustained community vitality, economic and social growth of the Town.​

This website, along with community meetings, will allow residents to gather information and share ideas about the plan. Our goal is to engage with residents to hear what they think their local government should be prioritizing to grow the Town in a positive way.
