The planning team (composed of Wightman, The Arsh Group and Fluid Communications) will bring its qualifications and talent by facilitating a community planning process that will include engaging residents and establishing a robust plan, encouraging vital corridors, and promoting development in opportune areas.
Based on previous experience developing comprehensive plans for communities throughout the region, the team will coordinate with leadership to shape a planning process that will entail regular working meetings with the City of Portage leadership, staff, and involvement of community stakeholders throughout the process.
